RhinoFeet™ are specialized support pads designed to keep materials, plates, and blocks elevated off of surfaces. When used properly, RhinoFeet can hold extremely heavy loads. Plant management should train employees on the proper usage of RhinoFeet, following the guidelines below to avoid injury.

• The entire top and bottom surface of RhinoFeet must be in contact with the intended surfaces to achieve maximum weight capacity. Do not position RhinoFeet over a hole within the intended plate or block.
• Inspect the product and if RhinoFeet or RhinoToes show any damage, discard immediately.
• Keep all body parts clear from the item when attaching RhinoFeet; never go underneath any items.
• RhinoFeet are to be used indoors, not for use in extremely hot or cold environments.
• Know the weight of the intended item to support with RhinoFeet, never exceed the safe working load provided.
• Only use RhinoFeet on hard, flat concrete or alloy surfaces. Do not support loads on uneven surfaces or terrain.
• Do not use RhinoFeet with sharp surfaces on top or on bottom.
• Space out RhinoFeet across the item so that weight loads are distributed evenly.
• Do not apply side pressure to the RhinoFeet. Load all weight directly on top of the RhinoFeet.
• Do not stack RhinoFeet together when supporting a load. RhinoFeet are magnetic and are only to be stacked together for storage purposes. RhinoToes can be stacked with a threaded rod or bolt.

It is imperative that all safety guidelines, warnings, and procedures are specifically followed. Risks include but are not limited to physical injury, disability and/or death. You participate in this activity at your own risk.
Assumption of Risk: By buying, using, or allowing the use of Rhino Products, you understand and agree that you may be engaging in high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF Progressive Components including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Progressive Components. Purchasers assume all risks. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Progressive Components harmless from claims arising from such use of Rhino Products.
Limitation Of Liability: In no event shall Progressive Components be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of Rhino Products.
Entire Obligation: This document along with the accompanied materials states the entire obligation of Progressive Components. with respect to Rhino Products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law: Your order from Progressive Components, and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois of the United States of America. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state of Illinois, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Rhino Products. Use of Rhino Products is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: Progressive Components reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Rhino Products are offered.
