After 12 years in the health care industry (clinical, teaching, administration, joint ventures), established Progressive Components in 1990 as 50% owner primarily responsible for Operations, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership.
With a strong leadership team in place, my role has evolved to corporate governance and stewardship, oversight, and working on strategic alliances and projects. I am personally invested in the success and well-being of Progressive’s great employees.
The next chapter of my personal/professional life includes active participation on boards and in roles with non-profits to share my experience and perspective to help like-minded organizations achieve their mission.
I continue to stretch my mind through active participation in Vistage International, global travel, tai chi, and building calluses on my fingers playing guitar.
