Progressive’s Spring Cups expedite and simplify the safe assembly of spring-loaded ejector systems, help prevent damage to ejector pins and components, and optimize valuable space within a mold’s design.
- When using Spring Cups, springs are installed last, allowing for verification of a smooth-running ejector system before spring installation.
- This assembly method enhances safety by eliminating spring-loaded moving mold plates.
- Spring Cups can also double as a PKO extension, serving as two components at one location.
- NEW: Four new 1.302” sizes have been added to accommodate a .25” insulator plate.
- CAD geometry is available in multiple formats: SolidWorks, NX, VISI, and Neutral (.step, and .x_t) formats.
