Progressive understands that now more than ever, building and running molds is not a 9-to-5 job. Therefore with inventory located in Illinois, California, and South Carolina, we have expanded our hours of operation to 7 days a week:
Customer Service:
Monday-Friday: 7AM to 7PM CST
Saturday: 7AM to 12PM CST
Sunday: 2PM to 6PM CST
Messages left during off hours will be acted upon at the start of the following shift.
Warehousing:
Monday-Friday
Illinois: 5AM to 9:30PM CST
South Carolina: 7AM to 3:30PM CST
California: 10:30AM to 7:00PM CST
Expanded hours allow for later pickups.
All warehouse locations offer curbside pickup.
Online ordering:
Our ProShop online store never closes, and orders are confirmed upon receipt.
