1995

ProFile CV mold management software is developed to assist in tracking tooling maintenance requirements.

2010

Upgrades to the CVe Monitor enable full functionality in four languages: English, German, Mandarin, and Spanish.

2013

CVe Live Real-Time Mold Monitoring is launched, offering a live view of a mold's activity, with the addition of a gateway for the facility and a press module on the molding machine.

2013

CVe Mold Monitor V2, along with complimentary OnDemand Activity Reporting, is released with various upgrades.

2014

CVe Mold Monitor v3 is released, featuring complimentary OnDemand Activity Reporting and several upgrades.

2020

High Temp CounterView and Insulator Block options for CVe Monitors are introduced, allowing usage in high temperature production environments.

2023

The ProFile Asset Management & Real-Time Monitoring System Software is released, integrating Bluetooth and GPS location capabilities into one system.

1990

The CounterView (CV) Mechanical Counter is introduced, with its patent approved in the same year. It quickly becomes the most widely specified mold component.

1996

ProFile CV mold management software is developed to assist in tracking tooling maintenance requirements.

2012

The capabilities of the CVe Monitor advance to provide comprehensive OnDemand Activity reports of a mold’s activities in 10 languages.

2013

OEMs, tiers, and moldmakers incorporate the CVe Monitor into their Tooling Standards. Notable adopters include: Stellantis, Whirlpool, IAC, Otter Products.

2014

Progressive becomes the exclusive North American seller of System Cooling, a Production Manifold System, and a Toolroom Test Rig to measure pressure, temperature, and flow of individual water circuits.

2018

The ProFile Asset Management System is launched, designed to oversee and organize tooling assets' whereabouts, store vital files, and schedule time based preventive maintenance.

2021

CVe Real-Time Mold Monitor is released with Bluetooth capability, accompanied by a complimentary electronic OnDemand Activity Report available via a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices.
